Produced using white grape Must, acetified and aged in oak barrels. It has a typical amber colour which does not alter the colour of dishes, adding a fruity and mildly acid aroma and flavour (excellent as substitute of wine vinegar).
Ideal on salads, raw and cooked vegetables, sauces, fish and seafood, white meat (chicken and turkey), fish or meat tartar, carpaccio, caviar, mushrooms, cheese (Buffalo Mozzarella, goat, blue cheese, herbal cheese...), to make cocktails and soft drinks.
